– The room is cleaned for each guest. However, free cleaning service, including the replacement of bath towels and bed products, is not provided during your stay. If you require additional cleaning, it can be arranged for 10 $ per cleaning session. If you need extra towel set, it can be arranged for 5$ per set. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment even on the balcony.
– Remember to lock doors when leaving the room and to turn off the air conditioner.
– Laos is a tropical country with a lot of insects. Please use only the dining area
to eat and keep it clean right after. For same reason, refrain from eating sweets or leaving food in the bedroom, as it may attract bugs.
If you require insect repellent, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
– Please ensure that all items in the flat remain in good conditions without any damages during your stay. Any stains or damage may result in compensation charges upon check-out.
